Professor "Naser" loves his deep-oceanic city, laying way down there in the ocean.

He also feels that the prosperity and well-being of this beloved city depends on forming the right personality and character in its early stages of life.

That idea by itself makes Professor Naser feels that it will make its society members able to distinguish themselves from others, from right and wrong, good and bad.

He feels the need to distribute a rule that has members of his society capable to instinctively reject bad ideas and thinking, and go straight to the goodness and finesse of their deeds, in life.

As such, Professor Naser came up with the idea of producing and presenting a Television Show that highlights Teens & concepts, which should help build the personalities of the little fishes; Hani, Salma and Sami (Mr. Smiley Face!).

Each TV Episode of "Teens Only" has its own events, storyline and scenario.
